Our prestigious finance client is now looking to appoint a highly
effiicient and organised Administrator into their Finance Team.
The successful candidate will have strong and accurate data entry and processing skills
Daily Responsibilities will include:
- Accurately input commissions onto the in-house software
- Using the in-house software to produce and analyse reports regularly
- Producing payment reports for commissions
- Producing reports using in-house system
- Accurately input invoices onto sage 50
- Accurately input data onto the in-house software
- Ensuring Outstanding fees are compiled and chased when required
- Deal with any queries
- Investigating discrepancies between the income due and received
- Supporting teams within the hub when required
Skills/Competencies:
- Good IT knowledge with Excellent Excel Knowledge (ability to do Pivot tables and V Lookups)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- Accurate data input skills (Keen eye for detail)
