Our highly reputable client is now looking to appoint a commercially
driven Customer Service Manager within their After Sales Department
Reporting directly to the Parts and Procurement Manager, the successful
candidate will ensure all customers KPI’s are achieved and communicated
effectively, while also demonstrating excellent customer focus and the
continuous development of commercial opportunities.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the Spare Parts and Procurement staff to ensure excellent customer service and response
  • Ensure established procedures are adhered to – be a force for change for those that can be improved
  • Manage reports on agreed KPIs and SLAs for both internal and external review
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Proactively manage customer queries
  • Drive sales with external customers 
  • Manage customer requirements for spare parts (e.g. identification process, R&D, purchasing Logistics etc)
  • Lead daily control room/huddle meeting, review performance in real time – deliver excellence

Essential Experience

  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in leadership, management and sales skills 
  • Manage and prioritise workload & team
