Our highly reputable manufacturing client is now looking to appoint a
highly efficient and organised Fleet Coordinator.

successful candidate will provide professional administrative support
service for key business areas and be required to maintain an efficient
and effective fleet management process

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Monthly fleet management reports
  • Liaising with new starters and leavers for company cars being allocated or returned
  • Liaising with lease and hire companies, as well as insurance
  • Keeping an incident report updated
  • Answering queries from vehicle holders
  • Ordering new company vehicles
  • Process Penalty charge Notices and Notice of Intending Prosecutions
  • Design and undertake Fleet audits
  • Managing vehicle records including P11D information
  • Arrange servicing and repairs of vehicles if required
  • Update Fleet Database and run reports as necessary
  • Co-ordinate insurance claims as necessary
  • Ensure drivers adhere to Company Vehicle Policies and Procedures
  • Issuing of mobile devices and maintaining records as required in association with this
  • Manage the travel and accommodation and where required arrange hospitality, flights and accommodation for members of staff

Skills & key competencies:

  • A proven fleet back ground
  • Strong administration support background
  • Proven experience of organising travel and accommodation
  • Good level of Excel & Word and other IT skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to be flexible to meet changing demands
